Design Build Services

In addition to traditional architectural design services, Danco also offers “Design Build” services.  Design Build is a project delivery method wherein the Architect & Engineer (Design) and Contractor (Build) are a single business entity.  This collaborative delivery method provides a host of cost and time saving synergies. 

DESIGN BUILD

There are two common "project delivery methods" in use today. Design-Bid-Build and Design - Build


Design- Bid -Build
Design-Bid-Build is the traditional “Two Contract” option that requires you to execute separate contracts with an Architect for Design consultation and later, after bidding, a Contractor for construction services. This delivery method is common but is not without potential issues.

DESIGN - BUILD
