At Danco, a focus on safety is built into our company's culture. We are committed to safe working practices on every project to ensure the safety of our workers, subcontractors, customers and the general public.

With our top-notch safety program and full-time safety director, we continue to train and monitor our employees with the newest safety standards and certifications set by OSHA, our customers’ policies, and our own policies. Many Danco supervisors have received OSHA 30 training, while our tradesmen participate in various journeyman upgrade programs through the local unions.

Danco employees are drug tested prior to employment and randomly thereafter per our substance abuse policy.
In addition,our subcontractors and suppliers are also required to abide by our safety program, which promotes an even safer work environment for all. |
